Write a function that takes in byte[] as an input of structure: {0, 0, 0, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4 } size | actualMessage And passes the byte[] to some other function. But the size of the message can be more than the length of the actual message in the stream, so the function should wait for another stream of bytes to fill it's buffer before sending it to another process.
