Problem 1: A neural network has n layers where the number of neurons in layer i is layer[i] . In an odd generation, you can add at most 1 neuron to a layer. In an even generation, you can add at most 2 neurons to a layer. Find the minimum generation in which all layers have the same number of neurons.
