Design a rate limiter that limits each endpoint to 2 requests / second and limits the entire backend to 10 requests / minute (or something like that). You need to rate limit each individual endpoint and rate limit all the endpoints together. Talk about tradeoffs in using a shared rate limiter vs individual rate limiters.
